"I've done several river cruises in Chicago and this was by far the best. What set this one apart was the tour director/commentator named David. His narrative was highly informative yet entertaining. His level of architecture knowledge was outstanding and was well mixed with historical context and well timed flashes of humor. It was a masterful performance and Davidhad the audience wishing for more when the tour ended. I don't know where Wendella found this guy, but he is the best!"

"Dave was our guide for the Saturday 5:30pm architecture tour ride; we could not have asked for a better guide. Not only knowledgeable about the architecture of all the buildings throughout the city, we also went into detail about history and culture as well. "wanted to take my mom and her friend, who are on the last leg of a whirlwind tour of the US, to something special in this Windy City. So glad we decided upon the Wendella tour. The experience was absolutely first class, from the special assistance they received during embarking and disembarking, to the comfortable seats, to the pristine boat. But what really topped off this experience was the quality of the tour guide, David. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, with exceptional narration and a great sense of humor. David is a lifetime Chicago resident, his love of the city was apparent and infectious, he kept us fully engaged, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour, and if your schedule permits, I highly suggest you go out of your way to pick a tour where David is the guide."
